The Day's Ride Report - 19/April/2018

Most important event:
Exploring Adwords campaigns and discovering that Googles support is simply amazing.

Kind of the day and Why: Better. 60/100. Lost focus in the second half of the day.

What could I have done to make it better:
-Slept on time the previous night and pushed the pace through the day.
-It is so hard to work with my boss - Sapna. She does not have teamwork sense. She is too dominating.
-Could have woken up earlier and went for a walk.

What have i missed:
-Going office early and cooly starting the day.
-Not planning something very exciting in advance.

What went well:
-Finding Google support and seeing some road ahead.
-Took lunch carriage and had healthy food.

What will make tomorrow GREAT:
-Early meditation walk - pacing - healthy food - plan challenging stuff- work with more clarity.
-Good sleep.
-Applying to more opportunities.
-Writing this report for today

The Day's Ride Report - 17/April/2018

Most important event:
Given interview at Capillary Technologies after my office hours. One of a kind of interview where the focus is on how I think rather than how much I know. Liked it.

Kind of the day: Better. 80/100

What could I have done to make it better:
-Slept on time.
-Not have explored something that keeps mind active, late in the night.
-Could have woken up earlier and went for a walk.

What have i missed:
-Going in fresh well tended clothes. :(
-Not planning something very exciting in advance.

What went well:
-My suggestion on website content was implemented.
-Planned for the interview well and got execution right.
-Did not feel any discomfort due to health or weather.

What will make tomorrow GREAT:
-Early walk, breakfast.
-Good sleep.
-Applying to more opportunities.
-Writing this report for today.

The Day's Ride report - 06/April/2018

Kind of the day: Better. 65/100.

What could I have done to make it better:
-Gone to office on time.
-Made sure to have enough on your platter.
-Could have completed rehearsing for Property Acquisition.

What have i missed:

-Not planning something very exciting in advance.

What went well:
-Could figure out how goals were configured wrongly in AdWords. Made my boss happy by getting it corrected and better.
-Went to office dressed better than on most days.
-Nice office lunch on the occasion of Birthday of my colleague.
-It rained and cooled down the air.

What will make tomorrow GREAT:
-Preparation and Execution - the Interview.
-Early walk, breakfast, finish as much early and do finishing touches for the Interview.

If you don't have a plan, you will end up not doing

I came home thinking that I could achieve a lot.
It was almost 4 hours ago I thought about this.
I'm writing this after I realised that this 4 hours went un-utilised. That's unacceptable.

I will put planning...nah definitive planning into my daily life. That will not happen in a day. But i will make it happen by trial and fail.

I have a good 35 mins before I'd sleep.
I plan to get my ready stuff for tomorrow and gather some info on executive MBA. Since time is short, I plan to do a very focused reading. I'll come back and write down how it went.

After 35 minutes...
I think I worked for about 20 minutes after which I got distracted. But, atleast, I made sure I did something serious - all because of the plan. So Planning is like getting half the work done. The next half is in focussing and executing this plan.

So how can we make sure that we don't get distracted after having plan our activity?
I don't have a perfect answer for this and I am still working on to find one. My next blog will try to answer this question at least in a crude manner.
